Moral Decay is a stealth-assassination game set in a post-apocalyptic world. Society is in the midst of rebuilding after a catastrophic nuclear disaster. The survivors are forced into a rigid class system, ruled by the very authorities who caused the catastrophe—and now control and "sort" what remains of humanity.

The protagonist, a former combat medic from the lower class, has been exiled by the regime and cast out of the radiation-shielded capital. In the toxic outskirts, survival is just impossible. But just as death seems inevitable, he is rescued by a former elite doctor and scientist who has turned against the regime. With the doctor's inside knowledge and his own unyielding will, the outcast becomes a weapon in the fight against the system.

As his body deteriorates from radiation exposure, the protagonist wages a desperate war—not only against a corrupt power structure, but also against time itself. His goal: to dismantle the regime from within, piece by piece.
